I began my first training as a counsellor in 1987 when I joined Relate (Marriage Guidance) At this time, the theoretical model used was psychodynamic. I practised with this agency working with couples, individuals, and families for over 25 years.

After my basic training I continued with my development through the study and practice of Psychodrama. Working in monthly groups and residential in Devon with Marsha Karp.

In 1995 I completed a Diploma in Working with Survivors of Sexual Abuse (Person Centred) Accredited by the University of East Anglia.

My training as a Psychotherapist started in 1997 at the Metanoia Institute in Ealing. I qualified in 2005 as a Clinical Transactional Analyst. Working in private practice.

I have a certificate to intermediate level in systemic practice accredited by the Association of Family Therapy. Until recently I was working in a CAMH team with families and young people.

I have been a supervisor since 1997 when I trained as a supervisor with Relate. I also have a diploma in group and individual supervision awarded by Cascade. I have extensive experience supervising a team of counsellors in an agency setting and in private practice.

My interest and passion is in the process of change and healing that takes place through insight and awareness of how past trauma and subsequent life choice scripts have impacted on the persons capacity for emotional health and well-being.

My Current Practice
I have a practice in France and in Hampshire. Please contact me to discuss times and availability.
